Purchasing a new home is an exciting and rewarding experience and we are confident our communities have everything to offer you as a new or established homeowner. Our agents can answer your questions about the construction process, community amenities, area attractions, and mortgage financing. We promise that every time you come through the door you will be shown utmost courtesy and provided with all of the necessary information in order to make the right decision. How Does the Sales or build Process Work?
- The first step to finding a new home is to visit the community you are interested in living. We are open Friday from 1-5 pm, Saturday from 11am-5pm, Sunday from 1-5pm, and Monday from 1-5pm for you to stop by or you can call ahead to schedule an appointment with one of our agents.
- Once you have decided on a home or a lot of your choice, an agent will prepare all the related documents to move forward. You will be required to bring a deposit in the form of a check made payable to Structures, Inc. Once the deposit is accepted, the builder makes a commitment to hold your home or lot off the market.
- When you have signed all documents and made your deposit, they will be sent to Structures, Inc. for acceptance. Once the agreement is accepted by Structures, Inc. copies will be distributed to all parties involved.
- We encourage you to ask the agent any questions you may have throughout the process. When you are working with our experienced, reliable team, you can be assured that you are in good hands from the moment you walk into our door, until the moment you walk into yours.
